Return and cancellation policy:

1- In the event that the product reaches the customer and it is found that there is a manufacturing defect in it:

Acacia is committed to ensuring that the products are free from manufacturing defects, and in the event that a manufacturing defect is found, the customer has the right to request a replacement of the product, by communicating with technical support within (7) days of receiving the product and informing them of the defect, and accordingly we send a representative to return the product to the warehouse and verify the defect The manufacturers then send a new product to the customer instead of the defective product, and the customer does not bear any costs such as return and dispatch fees.

2- In the event that the customer wishes to return the product because he does not want it and without any defect in the product:

The customer has the right to request the return of the product after purchasing it within (7) days of receiving it, and he has the right to return the amount paid (the value of the product only) without the paid shipping fees, provided that the product is in the condition it was received and without opening the packaging.

3- Product guarantee:

Acacia grants guarantees to manufacturers or suppliers for some products, and this is mentioned in the product description, and we do not bear any faults or defects in the product for which no warranty was given, and the invoice must be kept in case the product is under warranty.

4- Some products cannot be returned for public health reasons:

Delivery policy:

You will receive your orders at any time and anywhere when you shop on our website. Delivery fees are added to the total order value.

The delivery period is within 48 hours (two days), but in the event of an order on (Thursday), delivery will be made within (three) days, because Friday is an official holiday for the delivery companies.
The speed and accuracy of delivery depends on the information that you fill in when registering on our website, so please make sure to provide us with a valid mobile phone number in order to communicate with you when delivering your order.

Warranty policy
About warranty:

- In some cases, a delivery representative will be sent to receive the product from the registered address and send it to the seller or the authorized service center. - Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to see if they are covered by the warranty.
